As Head of Marketing & Growth Engineer at Dibolky FZC (UAE marketing & media production studio), I led the end-to-end engagement for Kent Healthcare, a Dubai physiotherapy and multi-rehabilitation brand. Over twelve months I owned strategy, content, paid acquisition, SEO foundations, and the monthly measurement loop — turning inconsistent enquiries into a repeatable system with rising lead quality and a peak ROAS of 8.4x on Meta.

Kent Healthcare needed inbound enquiries the clinic could actually convert. I designed and ran a system where content built trust, paid acquisition captured intent, and a monthly tracking loop kept lead quality honest. Total leads landed in a sustained 400–760/month band at a 37.3% genuine rate, peaking at 348 genuine leads in Feb 2025 and 8.4x ROAS at peak Meta efficiency.
The biggest win wasn't a single campaign — it was making growth predictable.Head of Marketing & Growth Engineer at Dibolky FZC. I owned the engagement end-to-end: pitched the strategy, set the measurement framework, ran the monthly review with the client, and directed the content, paid, and SEO outputs through the year as part of an 8-person team I lead across strategy, paid acquisition, content production, and technology.
Strategy and positioning · Content system and brand consistency · Meta & Google paid media planning, creative direction, audience design, and Pixel/CAPI tracking · SEO foundations alongside paid · Lead-quality scoring and the monthly review loop with the client · Reporting that translated marketing numbers into business decisions for the clinic. Total cumulative ad spend managed across paid-media clients in this period: $120k–$180k across Meta and Google.
In healthcare, people don't choose a clinic because it posted more — they choose when the brand feels trustworthy, when it speaks to their problem, and when it's easy to act. Kent had inconsistent enquiries, no clear way to separate real leads from noise, and no shared definition of "good month vs bad month." My job was to make decisions easier for the clinic and faster for the patient.
One system. Two engines that reinforce each other.
A consistent content system that educates the patient, reassures the family, and positions the clinic with clarity. In healthcare, consistency itself is a trust signal. I built a repeatable monthly cadence so the brand always felt present without ever feeling loud.
Paid execution designed for conversations, not vanity. Audiences mapped to service intent. Pixel + Conversions API for clean attribution. SEO foundations supporting the same intent in the background. Every month tied back to a lead-quality score so we optimised for the leads the clinic could actually convert.
Volume and quality moved together. The measurement loop is what made the difference — once we tracked genuine leads as a number, every campaign decision had a clear yes/no.

Kent Healthcare wasn't won by one campaign. It was won by building a system — and the same operating model is what I'd bring to a Head-of-Marketing or senior growth role on a remote team.

I lead marketing functions end-to-end — from positioning and content systems to paid performance and the measurement loop that ties back to revenue. I'm also a hands-on technical operator: I ship React/Supabase apps, build AI content pipelines on Claude/GPT, and engineer marketing automations on n8n. Eight years of paid-client delivery across Healthcare, SaaS, Retail, F&B, Travel, Wellness, Finance, and Real Estate. Now opening up to senior, full-stack marketing roles with overseas teams where I can own the function and the number.
I'd love to talk through the Kent Healthcare playbook — the measurement loop, the lead-quality scoring, the Meta efficiency model — and how it would apply to your team. The fastest way to get a feel for how I think is a 30-minute call.
